IMPORTANT MEETING NOTICE
On February 7th, 2017 at 6:00pm at Furnace Brook Middle School Auditorium in Marshfield, FEMA staff from both Region 1 Boston and from FEMA Headquarters in Washington D.C. will be holding a meeting to answer questions on flood insurance and more. Below is from the Town:
“The primary purpose of the public meeting is to provide a short presentation by FEMA on Flood Insurance Policies and steps policy holders can take now, as well as to answer questions about Flood Insurance. There will also be a short summary on the mapping process, followed by a Flood Insurance Policy Question and Answer session.”

PLEASE remember that while there are many frustrations about the National Flood Insurance Program, mapping, and other issues, we are hoping to gather constructive questions to utilize the time FEMA is there appropriately. Please let us know if you have any questions.
