NFIP Extended For Almost A Year
With the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) authority set to expire at midnight tonight (December 20th), the House and Senate extended the NFIP through September 30th, 2020 as part of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020. The President is expected to sign the bill before midnight. This continues the current NFIP program with no reforms.
