| Don’t forget to register for our second annual membership meeting which will be held January 13th, 2021 at 6:00pm virtually via Zoom. The meeting is open to members of the MCC. The MCC is particularly fortunate to be able to feature nationally recognized and renowned flood expert and researcher Dr. Carolyn Kousky, Executive Director of the Wharton School of Risk as this year’s keynote speaker. Dr. Kousky’s keynote, titled “The Changing Landscape of Flood Risk Management” will focus on how flood risk communication has changed over time, and how it still has a long way to go. Dr. Kousky then discusses the decision process on why flood insurance is, or isn’t, purchased and how to reduce that flood risk.
